My room was fabulous and lovely thanks to the outstanding staff. The location was charming and super, not very far from Hill Close Gardens. This hotel was set in a lovely area.

Facilities were incredible, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Location: the hotel was close enough to obviously all the castle grounds, the restaurant which again is decorated to look like a castle banquet, and the lake. View of the castle was excellent, the room was tastefully decorated

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, excellent customer service. Stayed with another family and had a great time. Adjacent rooms in lodges were quiet and clean. Separate kids' room had lovely decor. Food in main hall

Stayed in fabulous tent with character & layout of village, a double bed, a private bathroom. I greatly enjoyed the fab location right on the pathway. Fast food restaurant Pancho Potatoes was located 5 minutes walk away.

The staff at Castle Knight's Village were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. One particular instance stood out to me when we had trouble finding our thermostat. The lady at reception went out of her way to assist us,

The food in the main hall was excellent, and the breakfast was also delicious. The Knights Village had a relaxed atmosphere, and the entertainment provided was enjoyable.

Felt warm, no reason to complain.

    Nice

Good food, great location near castle, and a unique and adventurous experience.

Rooms were basic and lacked comforts. Not much to do and see apart from the castle.
